I saw your game on TIG Source first. Nice to see it here on NewGrounds. I do wonder what you think of making games difficult versus making them easy for the player.

As independent game developers tend to make games for casuals, though most casuals prefer games with low-risk: Quick saves and small penalties for failing.

While your game clearly has a huge penalty for failing. Not being able to play again.

I'm confused I wanted to play a game, but there was noting but a short film with some all leg creature. The intro credits freaked me out seeing all my name. Very nice job there.

This game is amazing. Most RPGs I stumble across on Newgrounds while being very well programmed lack innovation. The second I understood how the battlechips worked I fell in love with them. I was sad that I was unable to use the chip I just got for beating the boss on hard mode.
I'll be keeping my eyes open for the next chapter of this.

As with move mouse=character games

You can cheat by taking the mouse off the flash and bringing it to the otherside. You can fix this by making the character follow the mouse at a fast speed rather then be the mouse.
